By far the best headphones I've ever owned, served well the last 4/5 years

I've got another one in the basket ready to order but thought I'd ask if there was anything else worth trying? Requirements:
-Over the ear
-Relatively easy to drive
-Budget is flexible if worth it

I do both but with a bias towards music, also not really a fan of 'gaming' headphones/headsets

Phillips Fidelio X2 if you want a big upgrade and decent value for money.

If not the CAL's are still good value!

Hope you are buying direct from Creative. £39.99 at the moment and there is nothing close unless you want to spend at least double. Have owned the Auravana 2's as well, would not bother not worth the extra.

Really depends how flexible the budget is, as to whether other headphones are worth getting. At £40 currently the CAL's are great value. You might have to spend north of £100 for a good improvement.
