My desktop icon and keep moving?

ok so I have received my new ultra wide monitor. I have set this as my main monitor and I have a 2nd monitor to the right. I love all my icons onto the ultra wide then if I restart my computer they go back into my regular monitor. Why does this keep happening?

If you go to Screen Resolution and click Identify does the new monitor come up as 1 or 2.

P.S. I love all my icons too!
