My diet check please

Hi I'm trying to clean up my diet a little could one of you have a look my diet for me to see if it's ok? I'm doing a clean bulk and trying to put on some mass and as little fat as possible.

Breakfast: Porridge/milk

mid morning: whey/mixed nuts/apple/banana

Lunch: Wholegrain pasta/tuna/chicken/sweetcorn/salad

Afternoon: whey/2 pittas/turkey/salad

Dinner: baked potatoes/loads veg/chicken fillets or salmon/ maybe some quorn

late: 6 wheatabix/milk

Comes to just over 3000 Kcals

To many whey shakes I know but since I found BSD banana whey powder I really like it lol. I'm now doing a 3 day split and biking for my cardio. I can't do HITT as i have asthma and i have to keep my breathing in control with steady state cardio thanks.
 
Get some protein first thing and last thing (eggs and cottage cheese would do you).

That diet looks pretty good, I'm having trouble sticking to one at the mo, although those all look like things I like (especially the weetabix, love them) so i mite pinch this for a bit of insperation :p

By the way is anyone finding they have a reduced appetite when its hot?
 
OK good I'm on the right track, Yes it has been hard to eat as much when It's hot I'm drinking double water at the moment too.
