My DSLite switches itself off

My DSLite switches itself off even though the battery is fully charged. I noticed this happaning since I purchased Sonic Rush. Anyone know what could be the cause of this?

Is it just with Sonic ?

Well it's never happaned before with other games. I also noticed the cart rattles inside. Non of my other DS games do this. It's annoying as it can work for a while before it switches off so I don't know how I'm to prove the games faulty if I take it back.

Well if it doesn’t happen with any other game, i would say sonic is at fault.

Take it back and get a replacement.
