My Ducky Shine 3 isn't working properly

Whhhhhhhhhen I type THAT happens.
In games, while holding down w to move, it randomly stops and all keys go dead.
When typing, sometimes words don't register at all.

While typing this I've had like 5 malfunctions.

I've updated fw,I've reset factory settings, I've changed USB ports.
What's up...

Fellow Sean, have you tried function+F1 and function+F5 to reset the repeat delay and repeat rate? I encountered the same issue with mine until I did so.

It keeps happening on motherboard USB ports, but once I plug it into front panel USB it works flawlessly. Any idea on the problem? Thanks.

I'm getting the exact same problem. At first I thought it was just because the switches were new and they were sticking a bit, but after looking online I noticed a few people have had the same issue.

I tried all the different usb slots on my motherboard and it does it with all of them. My motherboard is about 6 years old and doesn't have usb3, so hopefully when I build my new pc I wont have a problem. Still, this really shouldn't be happening at all with a £140 keyboard .

I did read one solution is to turn the brightness down and this does seem to have helped, but it's not ideal and still happens occasionally.
