yeah it's innacurate. Sometimes you see it flick between the setting you have shown and the actual setting. Best using speedfan or something else for voltage readigs.
all other e4300'a do 3ghz on stock volts - mine does anyway 1.325v with +100mv, my e6600 does 3.6ghz with 1.475v but needs 1.5v due to vdroop - i did do the pencil mod but looks like theres no lead in my pencil
