I'm a real noob when it comes to Intel overclocking. Here's where I'm at so far on stock volts and stock cooling, it doesn't seem stable if I go any higher. I don't want to up the voltage yet, to be honest I'm happy with 3.2ghz. Just wondering if there was anything obvious I'd done wrong? The memory frequency doesn't look right to me.

That looks fine to me. If you wern't aware, you are overclocking your memory too (4:5). Thats a nice clock for stock volts. If you're unsure of stability then use 'Orthos' to test.

Stabillity is a funny thing. My P4 sat on 3.00 for about 7 months solid, be it the pc being on for weeks or hours of gaming. Then it wouldn't settle at all until I dropped it too 2.8.
