MY EA account has been deactivated

I have a ps3 and just turned it on after a few months, its a replacement after an RMA.

Now I can't play fifa10, bf 1943 or burnout because it says my account has been deactivated.

How do I fix this?

Contact EA support reps, they should be able to sort you out or post on EA forum

well emailed EA support, I don't hold out any hope of them actually replying. If they don't time to selll ps3 and call it a day on gaming.

I must admit that is a bit annoying!! All he wants to do is play on the games he's paid for, why should he have to go through all this rubbish?

I'd write to EA's CEO

If you do post on EA forum, an admin should be able to tell you what it is deactivated for if you quickly want a reason

Hardly, the alternative would be re-buying them and I ain't doing that, only play on the ps3 like twice a year anyway.

EA e-mailed me tonight and all has been sorted, I'm actually shocked E.A. responded.

I'm not a big console man as you may have gathered

All my ps store games are tired to this account so if I login to a different EA thingy it didnt work.

I dunno consoles are getting so complicated!

Eh? Since when did this happen? So if you buy an EA published game on XBLA or PSN it is a one-time only link to an EA account as well? :confused:

1. Main Page select Support on top right of page.
2. Under Support Links select Email us
3. Fill out the Platform/Game/Catagory drop down menus
4. An "Email us" and "Live Chat" button will appear
5. Click live chat
