So after a bunch of reading I’ve ordered the following bits, can I have some recommendations for what I’m missing?

MB-Asrock b450M Pro4
CPU-Ryzen 3 1200AF
GPU-Asus GTX 1650 super
RAM-Corsair vengeance ddr4 1x8gb 3000mhz (planning on another 1x8gb future upgrade)
PSU-Corsair CV550

What is your budget, use case, and future intent?

So I went for an aerocool qs180 case (CHEAP) £25

I haven’t sorted an ssd out yet. Heard good things about the intel 660 m.2 (probably the 512mb for budget) and Ive got a regular 1tb HDD to tide me over for mass storage till budget allows.

I’m building this for a little video editing (YouTube 1080p drone and GoPro stuff) as well as my doing my daily work online- and a little gaming (arma 3-dayz) with some more youtube work coming from that perhaps.

I'd save for another month or go 2nd hand.

b550 will get you an extra generation upgrade option over b450.

2x 8GB ram would make a big difference and best to buy them in a kit.

You could go cheaper on the gpu in the short term.

I have that power supply, but might go to 650 if I could.

The 8gb ram is just a short term fix till I can put in another 8gb.

Still looking at SSDs
