It's literally has to pathetic plastic bits and that's it. It seems to be the same with all EVGA cards. Why did they change it? I can't tell if the GPU is seated correctly and safely
My EVGA Z170 Stinger doesn't seem to have pic-e clip...

Hi, the Stinger board do not have this clip because when a miniITX system is fully asambled you can not get your fingers in there anymore... Usually the PCI.E slot is pretty tight and when you push the card inside there is a resistance. The IO bracket of the card should then also fully lie against the cover where you mount the screw in to fix the card.
