After a 14 year old boy is arrested for the murder of an 11 year old, I find this on the bbc website.

Shocked doesn't cover it.

I despair for mankind.

I was living in Liverpool at the time if the Jamie Bulger case, the whole city had a horrible weird feeling.

I'm not sure if it's happening more or if it's just getting reported more. I think I'm going to stop reading the news. :(
