As promised a few pics of the building and it completed (photography isn't my strong point lol).
Is the MSI bios temp reading normally wrong? It's stating around 43c whereas MSI control centre II in Windows states 31c idle. Room temp was fairly warm around 25-27 Does that seem ok?
The GTX 560 ti idle temp was 34 does that sound alright?
One more question, I wasn't too sure about the MB settings (power phases) what are the benefits? My default was phase 6, I noticed there is an auto option...and also all the CPU and case fans were saying 100% within Control Centre II, normal?
Anyway pictures...
Took me a while to cable manage (first time doing it)...
Overall I was pleased with the modular PSU as the fixed cables were only 24 pin, 4/6 pin MB ones, and 2 4pin I hid round the back. However the PCI-E 6 pins had 2 6 pin per cable and 2, 2 pin per cable and as you can see below not very long between them so the extensions are just visible and couldn't be tucked behind. Question...GPU takes two 6 pin, I used two separate modular cables, would the one cable with two 6 pin on it be ok or does it need two separate feeds?
The cable management was a pain to begin with but worth the time, the Tranquilo fan just about sits on DIMM 1 memory module, it's a close fit!
I'm very pleased with it though, and so glad I built it myself now!
Win 7 64bit Home Premium, from on to logged in around 16 seconds!
Thanks everyone.
