My First Build - Need Help and Advice

I'm trying to avoid overclocking and the likes, I'm only sticking with one monitor and only sticking to one GPU so I don't need anything that is very powerful but I want it to be up to date.

Basically I want an up to date PC that is simple but powerful.

No Overclocking!!!! that's ban worthy :p

But go with a K series cpu as it will give you a option in the future to overclock and get a free performance boost! :D

True, I know but currently I just want a computer that works for gaming and I'm not a rich person so each part is important to me because I'm getting these parts over 4 months but at the same time, I'm not a cheapskate since being cheap doesn't get you anywhere so I am trying my best with the limited knowledge I do have to get the most up to date gaming computer I can afford.

An HD 7950 is very much Haswell Compatible and better, to spend £80 on RAM is mad and that Antec PSU is seasonic inside (the Rolls Royce of PSU's).

See I don't know this stuff.

I would rather stick to £150 GPU's for now, as long as I can play games in good quality @1920x1080 then that is all I need for now, I just need the ability to upgrade so I can always replace my GPU in the future if needed which is why I am going for Haswell instead of Ivybridge.

EDIT: But then again it is only £40 more.... I'll need to think about it. That same RAM I linked cost £65 at the place that I cannot name so it isn't overpriced.

All the ram that has been suggested will work.

Ok thank you, you can see how limited my knowledge is can't you? :p

In any case, is the build I have made good and is there any improvements that could be made? If not then thank you everyone for your help.
