In the settings for mission control, set up a 'hot corner' (they now call it
) to lock the screen when you put the cursor into a corner, it comes in handy when you don't want someone to see what your looking at 
(i find the bottom right corner best)
Once you have used a Mac Trackpad, using a PC track pad will give people the impression your hand isn't working properly.
Yeah, the dvd drive makes that noise.
Im still not convinced with lion, having had it for a couple of months, i still feel snow leopard is more solid.
The headphone port doesn't withstand much (mine is verrry loose now
)
Don't mention you have one to anybody, it just sparks up the whole 'why do you have one of those' argument.
Also, get the most out of that 'Apple smell' it doesn't stick around forever!
