Hi :) Il start off by saying iv never OC anything before.

iv just setup my new system:

Q6600 2.4ghz
MSI P45 Neo2
4gig kingston Hyper DDR2 PC2-6400

and iv overclocked the CPU to 3.0ghz (fsb 333) - (stock cooler)

and idle the temp is 35-40C
and during a stress test it was 49-56C

I also played crysis for a wile and the temp sat around 49-55C

im just wondering are there temps ok?

It is a great cooler, if a little expensive?

The temps are good up to around 70c. I had my Quad reach about 75c on some overclock attempts, until i switched to water :p

The Noctua and Scythe Ninja are a tad cheaper, and are also very good coolers.

lol im still a noob when it comes to think like water cooling, i always think il mess it up and it will leak or something :)

what would be a good EASY watercooling system? for a first timer lol :D

You can buy water cooling kits, but for it to perform significantly better than a good air cooling setup, your looking at around £150. Also custom chosen components are better.

I would get the Tuniq Tower or TRUE with a Noctua fan.
