My first overclock... RAM slow??

Hi there. I've been playing around trying to overclock today, and well i cant seem to get good speeds with my RAM and was hoping someone could help me. My specs are:

Q6600
P5K deluxe
G.skill PC2-8000 2*2GB
Thermalright 120 Ultra

Below shows my current overclock:

I just cant seem to get a greater speed than this on my RAM. Also what are good temperatures for a Q6600. I realise this hasnt been priming for long here, but i primed at this spec for 2 hours previously and maxed at 65c.

What speed does the next highest DRAM Frequency option give you for the memory?

And your temps are grand. Anything under 75c when Priming is grand.
