Hi everyone, here are the results for my first go at overclocking:
E6600 (Using Scythe Ninja Plus cooler):
364FSB x 9 = 3276MHz
1.375V
8800GTS:
650MHz Core
1030MHz Mem
RAM:
Geil PC2-6400C4 at 2.1V
Left at 4,4,4,12 (set at 2.0 = 728MHz)
Both overclocks are stable in Orthos, ATITool and in games. How does this sound to you guys? I seemed to hit a limit with the CPU where increasing voltage didn’t give a much better overclock.
My GPU results seem much higher than I read on the net yet temps are fine and its stable. Guess I shouldn’t complain?
PS: I presume I can leave ATITool running when I play games instead of having to flash the GPU bios?
