When overclocking, you should always set the voltages of your hardware yourself.

The motherboard is probably only pushing out 2.08v on the memory when you have it on auto, even less sometimes. Go in the bios and set the voltage to 2.17v and yoiu should be fine

Well when i did the higher tests that you said, i used 2.2v and got the bsod and 2.2v when i tried the 1600/900 which failed on thread 2.

Ah I see.

In the last post you said the memory waas set to auto.
