My first overclocking attempt, any comments?

Hiya,

I recently had a go at overclocking my comp:

Athlon 64 3200+ (skt 939 winnie/2000mhz)(with an artic cooler)
2x 512 Gskill cl3-4-4-8 PC4400
DFI LANPARTY NF4 SLI-DR
XFX Gefore 6800 (core: 350mhz, mem clock: 1ghz)

Before oc'ing my futuremark scores were:

Overall: 2324
sm2: 1009
hdr\sm3: 911
cpu: 789

Here is what I clocked up to:

FSB: 263 (from 200)
CPU: Multi x10, 2630 mhz, 1.58v, 42 degrees idle, 60ish under load
Memory: 263mhz (1:1), cas 2.5, ras to cas 3, ras precharge 3, tras 7, trc 10,
HT Multi: x4
grfx: core 406mhz, mem 1.1ghz

New futuremark scores:

Overall: 2722
sm2: 1158
hdr\sm3: 1040
cpu: 1035

Any thoughts as to where to go from here? Everything seems stable, but prime95 hasn't finished its run yet. Its halflife 2 stable though. I didn't really get deep into the memory timings as this mobo has millions of options and I wasn't sure it was worth the time hand tweaking every one. I think the grfx core might go up a bit too.

Any pointers?

Some good speeds (i think) but your cpu sounds a little hot !

Is my computer going to explode? Its mainly that memory timings I am unsure about, as I was just adjusting them 1 by 1 trying to get them as low as possible except for tRAS which I calc'd as roughly cas latency + tRCD +2 (which I saw on a dfi memory guide) and tRC which I calc'd as tRAS+tRP, and tRFC which I calc'd as tRC+2. I quickly noticed that I could go lower than some of these numbers, but I wasn't sure what the consequences of doing this would be and the rationale presented behind the calculations seemed reasonable so I stuck fairly close to those. Should I just see how low I can stably go? Memory timings are very confusing!

I was a bit worried about that because at stock v&mhz it was often at about 30! The front intake on the case is dead until I get a new fan controller, and that might shave a couple of degrees off it...

Do you think I should drop some mhz & volts to be on the safe side?
