Hey guys im building my first ever pc for £650 and im not very familiar with all of the parts so I so professional advice if the parts are suitable together and any recommendations to substitute any parts. Thanks in advance, the parts are listed below.

Parts:
msi gtx 1050ti 4gb gddr5 128 bit memory
corsair vengeance lpx 8gb
cooler master hyper 212
toshiba p300 1tb 7200 rpm
corsair spec alpha
corsair cp-9020049 80 plus 450w
gigabite ga-b250m-ds3h 7th gen intel core
intel core i5 7400

Do you want to build it yourself or want it prebuild?
Also do you need the operating system, monitor and peripherals? You saying "first ever pc" implies you need everything from scratch?

You don't need that H212. The 7400 is a non K CPU and includes an adequate heatsink. Make sure the RAM you are buying is DDR4 as I notice you haven't listed it there.

Slightly over . gigabyte for UK RMA center along with excellent rep support on here, Nd naturally from OCUK whom you deal with first for any issues .
SSD for Windows install and 500GB for any games
Ryzen Board that will allow you to upgrade as time goes on and performs just as well as Intel

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £680.58 (includes shipping: £11.70)

K versions are overclockable - unless you get expensive z370 that have BLCK chips to over-ride intel coding on the chips

if you need to save cash, i3 and then in a few years i7 8700k second hand. i3 will have a tough time over coming the stigma of its 4 cores now and not the same performance before, which is much much better then i5 7400 you mentioned above .

ryzen holds the best upgrade path though, and all chips are OC if user has lower priced B350 or higher costing X370 boards
