My first proper PC monitor

I don't know the first thing about PC monitors which is why I'm here. I've started building a new system for gaming and I need help choosing a monitor. I don't want it to be too big or too small so I think 23" will be fine. I'd also like it to be able to play games at 1920x1080. Any suggestions? Again, I don't know ANYTHING about PC monitors so LED, IPS etc all confuses me lol

I'm willing to spend £100 on a decent 23" monitor.

Could get this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-122-LG&groupid=17&catid=949 IPS panel 22 inch so will have good vibrant colours.

I would spend a extra £20 and go for the one below very decent monitor for the money, highly recommend. Out of stock at the moment.
