I am thinking about buying the following machine from OC UK

PC will be used for Photoshop CS5 & Photoshop Elements 9

Titan Exodus" Intel Core i5 760 2.80GHz @ 3.80GHz Quad Core DDR3

Are you willing to build your own PC? If so, have a look at the components below. It comes out £20 more expensive than the system above however it provides superior performance. I also suggest adding an SSD at some point.

What will the PC be used for if not gaming? Would you consider building it yourself or overclocking it yourself?

Remember i5 (1156) has now been replaced with Sandy Bridge i5, so this would be the way to go.

Going for this today , sticking with I5 , not sandybridge as i am not a games player :D

I only have £860 max to spend , system is only for photoshop CS5 & Photoshop Elements 9 & i want a pre built system by OC UK as i dont trust myself building a machine

You say you're not buying Sandybridge because you're not a gamer, but instead you are buying a gaming system.
I'm not saying the i5 isn't good at all, but you do know the Sandy performs better in more than just games?
