My first urban exploration

Just finished uploading some pictures of my first exploration.

I went to RAF Upwood, very interesting place with a lot of history

looks like a very interesting place, pics are surreal & cool although i cant help think maybe a bit over processed but hey thats my thoughts!

I agree, It was my first time using photomatrix/HDR and I got a bit carried away!

ah photomatix, i remember my first go with that !
if you have photoshop then use layers, one of the origanl pics layered with hdr layer and bring back opacity.
how was it getting inside upwood anyway? i would love to get across to pyestock.

I've recently moved from Aperture to Lightroom 5, which took far too long but I'm glad I did it.

I don't have Photoshop but I'll look into it, what about Elements?

Or is Photoshop the way to go.

It was fairly easy to get in, they do airsoft every other Saturday so just avoid that.

Elements would be fine photoshop is over kill are expensive for a hobby!

You don't really need it to tone down the processing on these though just don't set the sliders to max in photomatrix and you shoud be able to produce something far more subtle.
