My first x99 build and first EVER BUILD. is this ok? also first forum user lol

So im just going to get straight to the point and see if this set up is ok lol.
X99 BUILD ---

CPU: intel i7 5820k
MOBO: x99 MSI SLI PLUS
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 950
WATER COOL: Corsair hydro h100i
RAM: 8gb Avexiar DDR4
Power: Corsair CX 600W
CASE: 5 FANS Aerocool GT-A Window Midi-Tower

let me know if this setup is ok and if there any suggestions from some of you Pros ;):D
This BUILD is mainly for my editing purpose, as I make Anime AMVs and i need that power if you know what i mean.
I game aswell sometimes hence the graphix card.

Also!!!+ Will this case fit my MOBO? this stuff confusing man lol help will be good at the moment

Open to suggestionss ;)

The SuperFlower Golden Green is a better power supply. You would probably be fine with the 450W version if you don't plan on getting a higher end graphics card.

Alpenfohn Matterhorn is a very good air cooler. You don't really need a H100i.

The 16GB Ram will help when editing.

I got the storage covered with a samsung 500gb ssd and 2tb hdd.

Damn! that x99 bundle with the RAM saved was really a good value. Il swap the psu out and save some money instead:D I checked the dimensions for the case and it seems the width too small for the motherboard.
 
I would go for a Gtx 970 if you are occasionally gaming on it. Good frames on most high end games at 1080p at high-ultra settings.

What do you mean the width is too small ? The case takes ATX sized motherboards, and the MSI X99A SLI is ATX.

The GTX 950 is low end, but I guess it depends on how much gaming you do and at what resolution/settings. If you are only playing non demanding games then a more expensive gpu is probably going to be a waste. If you think that you might want to play some AAA games then go for something better like a GTX 970 or R9 390.

Have to be honest Lee I never even knew there was a 950 until I checked haha. Thought 960 was the lowest but clearly not.
 
The 950 actually does pretty good for the money, it can do 1080p on high settings on most new games, you wont get 60 fps though unless you are playing a really well optimized game like gta v or metal gear 5 but does pretty much everything on at least 30 if you're ok with that.
