My flash drive thinks its a cd drive too!

Hi, ever since i used the tool to be able to install windows 7 from my usb stick. Every time i plug it in to use 2 devices are brought up. 1 being the normal memory stick and another claiming to be a cd drive.

Is there anyway of me removing this partition or whatever it is? I've tried formating it or looking for options in the disk management section.

If it helps this is what pops up when i plug it in.

that is how the U3 system works - personally i removed that junk as soon as i got mine - waste of time and effort.

Not sure if you have a Sandisk pen drive or not but this should still work.

It's a U3, get rid of it. USB sticks should not come with this junk.

lol! I found it a little irritating myself and so uninstalled it. Im sure it has it's uses mind

I know right!

Ok will try and remove it. It wasn't enabled before i formatted it for use with windows 7 because i hate all that junk stuff! Just want a storage space!

And yes its a SanDisk
