So basically my friend came back to uni from home and now her university halls supplied internet will not work on her laptop.
I've got a few issues I think I'll take a look at when she brings me it, mainly:
1)That she hasn't confused it by installing wireless BT or virgin at her home, I had this issue once and needed to reinstall the original stuff.
2)That perhaps her laptop is becoming confused between wireless and wired, for instance on my PC if wireless is enable wired does not work.
3)Antivirus checks.
4)Clearing the connected networks in her options and reconnecting.
5)Failing that attempting something like using tune-up on her connection to see if there is anything missed.
Anyone have any other ideas what it could possibly be?
