"Friend" A term used so loosely with someone you have possibly once had a conversation on a forum with.

Impressive machine though. Someone left a sweat band in the engine!!!!!!!

Spoon Thermostat
Spoon Rad cap
Spoon lightweight rad holders
Spoon carbon plug cover
Spoon oil cap
Spoon socks

Spoon titianium gear knob

seems like clutching at straws to me :) its a nice enough car but he hasnt really done that much to it

Fitting a TRD cap to my car adds 30bhp. :p

So he likes spoon stuff eh!?

Bonnet lifters are nice, went round scrappers trying to find some to try and retro fit on my car when i was there for some other stuff, but no such luck.

Rota reproduce famous JDM wheels that are lighter and a lot more expensive than rotas. Mugen, works, spoon, volks etc. The rota slipstream is a copy of the Spoon SW388 for example.

Ah sorry, thought you meant he bought fake rotas ;)

Not a great fan of Spoon stuff if i'm honest. Looks tidy, but in most instances where Spoon engine/exhaust parts have been used that i have seen, the performance increases have been negligable and the price sky high.

Most notable is a nice chap who turns up to our local Honda meets spend about £3k on spoon stuff for his s2k yet when he dyno'd he made about 7-8bhp over a stock s2000.

Like a real man - he didn't get mad - he got even and whopped one of these on it:

now that looks like a proper blower!

also noticed the oil filter is sat right next to one of the hottest pipes in the engine bay! surely an awful idea! aeroquipe(esque) hoses are lovely to look at but function over fashion please

Cooler than the standard location (between the engine and a glowing exhaust manifold)!

Yellow one has a supercharger.

O/T Gaijin, does your name mean "outsider" in Japanese or is it just random? It sounds like the word Drift King used to describe Shaun in Tokyo drift :)

@ OP that car is automotive porn
