EDIT: Also im not sure which is a better PSU? The one i listed or Tagan TG700-U25 700W ATX2.0 Dual Engine Silent SLi Compliant Silent PSU i do plan to crossfire in the future!

That's a socket AM2 board but you've got and AM3 processor? Also you've got DDR2 memory, but the 955 processor can run DDR3 with a DDR3 motherboard.

AM3 CPU'S can run in AM2+ motherboards and the performance between the 2 is minimal from what reviews I have seen.

Although I would swap to an AM3 board and DDR3 as the tech will last longer, DDR3 really taking off. Besides that boards out of stock

iv been looking at the PSU's you all said but non of them have more then the one i originally listed on the 12v rail? Also as some stuff i have listed is out of stock i need to change some of the stuff

There is nothing wrong with Akasa fans what so ever. They are very quiet and look good as well.

anyways i have updated my OP and changed the mobo and ram i think this is the final setup i am going for and the fan i listed is only for the optional
120mm side slot.

Keep the PCP&C - chances are you will have less reliability issues compared with other PSU's

The AM3 motherboards only support Dual channel memory, not triple channel which is what you've got there mate.
