The below is about the budget I have for a new small pc, Win 7 64bit most important - already have a 20" and 24" Dell monitors, mainly used for a lot of ripping of BR's and DVD/music (ext storage already got) and light gaming

Would like it to last a few years as is, heart says AMD but head is saying Intel i5 (8GB ram min)

XFX ATI Radeon HD 5770 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £127.99

as above dont need monitor - and I have keyboard and mouse - probably have about £50 left over

Im not missing anything drastic am I - or any better recommendations?

Many thanks

I would get this Crossfire capable motherboard:

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-366-AS&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=1481

It can do symmetrical Crossfire at PCI-E 2.0 8X,has an 8+2 phase VRM and decent VRM cooling too.

I would also go for the Antec TruePower New Modular 650W too:

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-117-AN&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=1088

It is made by Seasonic.

I would also consider this HD5770 1GB card as it has a Vapor X cooler:

Could almost get an i7 for that much. Case, power supply, blu ray and belkin thingy could be downgraded to come in under budget:) Cooler can be added later...
