my i7 wont post

i have got a new seasonic 750w psu, my old psu was a corsair but i had to rma it.so today i put the new seasonic in and it wont post. all connctions are fine, i manged to keep it to boot up once, but now all it does is the fans spin up for 2 secs then stop. any ideas?

I asume youve attempted removing all drives/gfx etc to rule out those components.

If its still doing it then your either extremely unlucky on your PSU (doubtful) or your motherboard is kaput.

If you've had to RMA your old PSU is it possible that its blown and damaged your motherboard?

ive removed all drives ect. well the old psu still booted up, just it was making a buzzing noise. i cant work this out.
