My internet is broken

Games work fine
Usenet works fine

But
Some sites wont load & when (if) they finally do, some images wont show up.
This happens in IE & Firerox so its not extention related. Disabled Nod32 so its not that. Its not my overclock cos I reset back to stock & it still happened. Its not Java cos i've updated it, I havent got a firewall so its not that. Tried my parents pc & the sites are accessable there so it's not the router. Doubt its my wireless card cos some sites work (like google), usenet & gaming works etc.
It's weird cos it just started happening for no reason. I've ran Adaware, Spybot S&D, Nod32 & HijackThis they all found nothing.

This has been happening on and off for ages with many ISP's, especially NTL. Something to do with DNS.

Nope, only just started happening the other day & my parents PC works fine through the same wireless router
Once it happens though that site is broken for about 5 mins. Like now, I am trying to press Submit reply but nothing happens (and only 3 smileys are showing & none of the message options above while writing this are there). Now not even the reply button works & wont work for a while, then it'll all be fine again for another min or so

On Fleabay the pics down the left hand side dont even show up...
