My K750i has just frozen.

i just turned it on and its stuck on the start up screen, the bit with the black background, white Sony Ericsson text and the green circle logo. None of the buttons will move it on and the only way to turn it off is to take the battery out. i have tried removing the sim but nothing helps.

has anyone else had this problem and knows how to fix it because i didnt tick the box to get phone insurance.

If its faulty then it should be repaired under warranty regardless of insurance.

On the other hand maybe its something you have on a memory card, I don't know if that phone takes one, but if it does have you tried taking it out?
