I have a laptop purchased from a popular high street store with the following specs:
PACKARD BELL R0422
# AMD Sempron 3100+ Processor
# 800 MHz Hyper Transport
# 256 KB Cache
# 512 MB RAM
# 50 GB Hard Drive
# DVD ReWriter
# 15.4 Widescreen Diamondview display
# 15.4" Widescreen Diamondview display
# Microsoft Windows XP Home
# 64MB VIA PN 800 shared graphics
I want to upgrade the memory and HDD, but have no idea on what type of memory I need? Also, are there any other obvious upgrades I can do to it to improve performance? Dont play games on it, just used for office/photoshop and internet.
