My Laptop has difficulties communicating with my router

Hi! I have an Orange Livebox router and a Laptop with a Centrino chip with the wireless built in.

The router is connected to another computer via ethernet. I want to connect my laptop to the wireless connection on my router so I switched the wireless signal on from my router. I can pick up the wireless signal from my Laptop and I can connect to it. However, everytime I do connect to it the router cannot assign my laptop an IP address and says the laptop has "limited or no connectivity".

I've checked:
The laptop's firewall, switched it off and still same problem
I've switched the router's hardware firewall off and still same problem
Checked the laptop's TCP/IP settings and clicked it to assign IP address automatically

I know it's not the Laptop because I can connect to my neighbours wireless connection (with his consent) easily with his router assigning my laptop an IP address.

DHCP is switched on as the router assigns my computer connected to it via ethernet an IP address.

Any ideas would be great thanks! :)

It's okay. I've fixed it. Blimey, it was a WEP key (my router doesn't support WPA :()

The WEP keys were correct however, on the router it was capitals however I entered it on the Laptop as small letters.

Actually, I think they do, you just have to go into the advanced settings page.
