My laptop

Hi guys, wasn't sure where to put this so can u move it if needs be ?

I have a laptop, Packard Bell Easynote E2316.
I have a problem with the keyboard and mouse pad on it. The mouse pad works untill a key is pressed on the KB. Although the KB doesn't work AT ALL. And this is really annoying. I don't know how i've done it and there are no settings in the bios etc.. All drivers are correctly installed and I've tryed reinstalling windows.

Any help will be appreciated.

Welcome to the forums, you have posted in the right place at least

Have you checked your laptop to see if the keyboard has somehow become partially disconnected(ribbon cable)? What options do you have in the bios about the input devices?

Hey, thanks for the reply. I have checked cables and they're fine. I don't have any options for input devices in the bios.
