My Laptop

So, i picked up a nice tidy, reasonable spec'd lappy the other day. (I wont say the price).

Specs

Compaq Presario CQ60-100

2Ghz AMD Sempron CPU
1Gb DDR 2 RAM
8200 M GPU
120Gb HDD (Swapped for my 64Gb SSD)

Now running Windows 7 64bit.

Im wondering whether an upgrade to 4Gb of RAM would aid in gaming at all?

It cost me £100 of a mate, BRAND spankers new! All sealed up in a box!! I wouldnt even dare ask where it was from...you never do.

When I see a Sempron I feel the same way I do about when I see a Celeron, I die a little inside.

I'd deffernatly upgrade the RAM in that, even then don't expect too much from games!
