my ram is Corsair Vengeance RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-5600 CL40... when check ram speed in windows that shows 4000 and when check in bios settings shows 4800... my issue is that when use xmp profile to adjust to 5600, system doesn't boot and the post safe mode appears on screen?! (cpu: Intel Core i5-14600KF and motherboard: Asus TUF GAMING B760-PLUS).

Is your BIOS up to date? As memory compatibility is something they are always improving as new RAM comes to market.
Also what slots on the motherboard do you have the RAM installed in? Having just looked at the manufacturers page they should be in the grey slots. Slots 2 and 4 as you look at it.
