does it really stress anymore than runnign one stress test? If your cpu all cores is at 100% and yout gfx cards are at 100% running 3 at once does nothing?

I use Prime 95 , but more recently i have started to use IBT

For the GPU i use FurMark

Suppose different things utilise the hardware diffiferelty. For example if haven is stable witcher 3 can still crash and has crashed in the past. Running them all at once and neither crashes id assume is stable.
