My mobile phone fall to rams box when i was sleeping. Something happened?

Hi. So i am buying new pc parts. Now have psu,cpu aio,and rams. Today i was sleeeping on a couch and accidentally my mobile phone falls/drop from a couch to rams, from 1 meter. Something happened or i am a bit paranoid? I just woke up,someone was calling to me,and i look for phone,and it was on rams lol.

Open the box. If there's no physical damage to the heat spreaders I wouldn't worry.
