I feel lost without the search button on this forum lately. :o

Anyone know any programs/websites that can help me correctly set up the settings please? Adobe Gamma doesn't appear to be much help.

I found something the other day called 'monitor calibration wizard' but I wasn't impressed with the results. The first time it gave my screen a pink tint, the second time it made it look washed out. So I went back to default settings. Just google if you want to try it though.
 
If you are running an Nvidia card, isn't there an option in the Control Panel (never tried it myself though).
