Hi all,

I am looking into building a PC, once that's done of course I will need a monitor for the first boot.

I have a BenQ 4k monitor. I've had to install some drives on my laptop when I wanted to use the monitor to just test that it works, however I am not sure how this will work when I use this on the first boot of the new PC? What can I do? The drives are on a disk.

Long story short, I am worried that I cannot use this monitor for first boot, or how can I get the needed driver on the PC even before the first boot?

All advice is welcome, thank you in advance!

So this is a new PC and not the laptop? Just plug it in, it may or may not work at the correct resoultion until drivers are installed, but should still show a picture that is fine until that happens.
