My Motherboard has SATA1

I want an SSD just want my computer to boot quickly :)

Can someone spec my a mobo. I want AGP graphics or recommendations on a 9600 PCi Card. Mobo suitable for dual core 6800. Have sound card oh yes I've a PCi tv card so want a slot for that too.
