I need some help. my mums pc seems to have given up the ghost and i have no idea why.
it started off that the keyboard wouldnt work. (happened before so swapped the keyboard). she unplugged it and replaced it and powered the pc off. it was working fine this morning but when she came to turn it on again it wouldnt power up, although the orange light seemed to be on, on the front of the pc and the mobo light was on.
i reset the bios and nothing.
i then unplugged her power supply and plugged one of my spares in and it powered up, but there was no activity on the monitor and both the power light and the drive access light came on on the front of the pc and stayed constant.
i removed my power supply, plugged hers back in and it doesnt even show any power light indicators on the mobo now.
Any one got any ideas?
