Hey guys

After 3 years service, this mouse has finally died.

It's been the best mouse I've ever used, all the buttons I need, the performance in games I need and the battery life was excellent, could not fault it at all

However the last month its sometimes refused to charge, and today, I come back from work and its dead and just will not charge

RIP :(

So in the market for a new mouse, I would prefer it to be wireless, and had my eye on the G7 a while ago but they obviously stopped selling these and just cant find a good mouse thats wireless. So with this in mine I've been looking t wired, and its a choice between the Microsoft Habu, or the Deathadder, both of which look really rather nice

Also I should mention that a couple of months ago the keyboard of the set whiich my mouse came with, and until now have been using a crappy advent keyboard, so can anyone recommend a good keyboard, preferably that would go with my silver lian li or the new mouse, of which you recommend

If you have any other recommendations other than the two mice I mentioned please say, am open to suggestions here

Many thanks

yeah I hated the charging design of the MX700.

was great for while, then you had to spend longer and longer wiggling the mouse about in the charger to make a decent connection. I think the conductivity of the pads decreases far too quickly as they wear away.

In the end I just gave up and got a wired mouse again.

All MX700's seem to die the same death.

When mine died I replaced it with a Razer Copperhead, took a while for my hand to adjust to the new shpe and had cramps for a while but that's all gone now and I'm very happy.
