My new build keeps locking up cant figure out why

Hi just built my first pc yesterday and everything went great installed windows 7 pro 64bit and all drivers but when i play crysis 20 30 mins in my pc just locks up now its happenned too many times any help.

Asus p5n-d mobo
intel q9400 processer
Arctic silver 5
xigmatek red scorpion cpu cooler
4gb ddr2 corsair ram 800mhz
Asus EAH5850 GPU
XFX 750w psu
windows 7 pro 64bit

and nothing is overclocked yet either plz help
 
thks for quick replies my temps are fine got prime95 to run for 3 hrs and my temps never went above 49 degrees celcius also ran memtest for 4 hrs no errors so im just baffled
 
well i know it got to 100% then i stopped it and ive got asus smart doctor and my gpu idles at 34 - 38 not too sure on full load
 
it wont let me attach an image so ill tell u wat cpu z says about my ram

ok how do i actually check my dram voltage ive put it on 1.9 in the bios will it actually be that and ive ran 3d mark vantage loads of times but only on performance cause my screen resolution is too low for higher. oh sorry thought it was a typo it is actualy furmark ok does it work with 64 bit os
 
ok ive been running a stability test for a while now does it finish or go on forever and my temps are at 69 to 71 degrees what about yours
 
just ran prime95 in small fft mode for a hour nothings happened yet ill do a full test when i go to bed any more ideas boys thks
 
even during normal things like browsing the internet ?? and i do get little green squares when loading up windows sometimes but only for a split second no grey lines though. i only want the drivers though is there a way just to get them. i only have a nvidia 7600gt here so it would probarbly be a mess with all the drivers. what happens when urs crashes mine just freezes the pic on my screen no lines or anything

Yh im just lazy lol ive just got the new drivers and im not sure if they will work on 64bit would u use them oh yh newby question do i need to uninstall the old drivers first
 
i think ive done it i tested the 10.3 drivers still froze so ive tried the 10.1 drivers and has not done it in ages and no dodgy green squares hooray plz say it lasts lol

p.s PHAGE i advise you to do the same i think it will work with yours aswel and thks for the help everyone
