I think you're about to have a very good time mate :)
Personally I'd go for x2 250gb SSD's but that's just my own personal preference, you might need a psu to mobo 8pin extension to route the cable around the back of the board, as it's a pretty tall case.
 
For that money, i'd want custom watercooling, 2 770's or wait for 2 8950's and maybe 3 24" monitors.

You can do better in my eyes.

These will not fit the Asus 670 card. these blocks are for reference coolers only. you need the CUII EK blocks. Cheapest ive seen is around the £82 mark
