My new build

Here is my build. Can anyone maybe reduce the cost but keep the performance? Since this is a complete build its not cheap and im looking on ways to save. This is a gaming rig, something as future proof as my budget will allow.
I already have a cooler that i used for my E6300 on a GA-DS3 board, will that fit this new board?

what's the main usage of the system? Have you though about a i5 its a little cheaper an bench mark results are similar to each other in some tasks but i7 beats it in others. Do you have a spare DVD drive as you missed one off you spec

It definatally a 100% gaming rig. I have everything else i need for the rig... probably!

I have an original XPHome 32bit, can i by the win7 64 upgrade? And will that be the same as a new install of the retial verion of win7?

If its just gaming & you are not really in to encoding etc, you might be able to get away with buying a i5 system & getting a 5850 instead of a 5770 which would be much better for gamming.

And its a pitty you have compromised your harddisk to fit into your budget, a 500gb single platter, either seagate barracuda 7200.12 or samsung F3(not ecogreen) or a western digital black are as fast as you will get.

For a gaming build you would be better of with a 955BE and 5850 then i7 with 5770. Here my go at it not great with AMD build but it looks good i guess.

Just noticed you need windows aswell, not sure if your current cooler well work if AMD, if it does you can save £30 by getting rid of the titan, or get a 500gb hd
