My new car, not epic I'm afraid

Restaurant bill? Or the price of milk increased by six pence per pint.

If you'd like to tell us which bridge you crawled out from under, we can give you a lift back there...

Has it crossed your mind that none of us on the forum (bar any coincidental friendships) know anything about Will's circumstances or plans? Or that in order to save, you don't necessarily need cash, but can do so in assets which can be liquidated if required? Or, in fact, that this thread was about the car, not your personal gripes or views on how Will runs his life!!

@Will - Nice car, and I'm with the crowd that likes the wheels! I'd love to move onto a V8 before petrol becomes dearer than saffron, V6's just don't have that magic....

I earn just enough to cover my rent, bills and food the majority goes back into my debts, it's not an IVA it's my own determination to get myself out of the hole I created. so no I don't have 4k just lying around, any spare cash from bonuses etc.. goes straight back into debt repayment

Looks fairly epic to me and quite good value too. How long are you planning on keeping it for? Any idea if you'll upgrade and what to when your debts are paid off?

Love it, always loved the S4 convertible, and i think the wheels look fine on it, and that price, they are cheap now!

As for Jamoor, just lol, hav you never considered how someones circumstances might change?

I happen to know a fair bit of Will's situation, however I would never ever judge him because of that, especially if I knew **** all about it - Jamoor's just being... (can't say what I want to say or I'd have to suffer the consequences).

Nice replacement Will - not as lary as the M3 though - a little disappointed I didn't get a call for helping you put up furniture this time though :(

I know very little about Will's situation, but I do judge him because of it...

Can't change a damn thing about the past, but you can change the future.

No idea whether the debt was accrued as a consequence of bad luck, a business that failed during one of the recent recessions, or simply the output of previously living beyond his means. Even if it's the latter, fact is he's being a man about about it and facing up to the issue. As tax payers, every single one of us is doing exactly the same thing.

What's interesting is that this has exactly 1 HP more than the M3 :D

Seriously, surely jamoor is protrolling or people do actually get that jealous?

I don't think it's either tbh. Just naivety...

He's just one of a couple of irrelevant kids on here that've grown older but not lost the ignorant youthful arrogance that can often come with the "family money" way of thinking.

People in debt don't have a £4k rainy day fund. If they did, it'd go on paying down their debt...

Indeed - at least he's doing something about it. :) Good post.
