Buy a 6 cyclinder E46. They do 60mpg on a run and the dashboard doesn't rattle. win win.

:p

I'm only 20, with 1 years no claims, so insurance is going to be cheap on it and I can't afford to pay for higher insurance on anything bigger or more expensive.

why did you want a car that has done granny mileage to the shops and back?

You don't know that.

Love how everyone jumps on the OCUK bandwagon!

Looks tidy, I owned the 1.7 DTI for my first car and enjoyed the 2 years I owned it.

what bandwagon? are you saying im one of the ocuk lot that hate anything vauxhall?
its clearly not been been overly used, its not even close to average mileage.
he decided on an astra over a focus because of probably 20k miles, if that.

If he is happy with it, what does it matter to you?

I'm not a fan of Astras by a longshot(nor focus' for that matter), but if he is happy, who cares?

Looks very nice, good to see you got the facelift version which has the tinted lights, makes it look far nicer. Recently got a 2002 SXi myself, very happy with it so far.

"As long as he's happy" = "I'm a nice person, honest, but I wouldn't of got one in his shoes."

Low mileage is a myth from times of ol' - plenty of even dare I say it, Low milage 1.6 Focus for under 3k on AutoTrader.
