My new CPU / GPU temps. WTF?

Hey guys,

I have just installed my new GPU around 15minutes ago, and my CPU temps at idle have dropped quite a few degrees, and my GPU also.

Im worrying I haev damaged something.. or is it possible that the cooler on my 2080ti Gigabyte Windforce is much better than my previous EVGA 2070s (which was a great card btw)..

I will report back after I play some games..but for now here is a screenshot.

OH, and btw the reason im worrying is Im running a 3900X which I believe run hotter temps at idle? :confused::(
 
Quick question guys,

Can someone please give me a guide / settings for AfterBurner for my GB Windforce 2080ti..?

Is it ok to leave it on a fan speed of say..20% up until higher temps? Or am I best using the 0 rpm fans on at lower temps?
